No show on appointment, no call, responded only after texting, refused phone call after the appointment time. Claims feeling ill which is understandable, but don't let someone clear their house for cleaning and answer with "sorry i didn't call u an hour ago". Seems like a 1-man shop with zero credibility or passion for customer service. We all understand problems, just don't let someone remove all their furniture for a cleaning and then wait until after the appointment time to cancel.

Great job....the carpet and tile looks like new. I highly recommend them.
