Had an emergency problem, called Ace. They sent Carlos and I’m glad they did. He’s the kind of technician you hope to get when you need one. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it to my entire satisfaction. The quick response by Ace and the great work by Carlos was very impressive. Gonna keep calling them.
A truly smooth and professional process. Bob did a great job on our repair, explained everything thoroughly, and there were no unexpected costs. In fact, he even was able to help us with some simple materials rather than charging extra.
