I'm rating this salon as a great place to receive services and to work, I came in and asked about renting a booth as a person who had newly relocated to the community to attend nursing school(adding aesthetics to my business such as Botox and fillers using the required RN license COMING SOON) but with 19 years as a licensed hairstylist. The five star rating is a result of the beautiful way I was received, the current stylists were friendly and welcoming. I worked in this salon after reading some negative reviews to give it a chance. Both myself and my client found it a peaceful and professional environment. We live in a cancel culture society and of course we wouldn't return to a PERSON who does not deliver excellent services and who does not prioritize customer satisfaction, but it's unnecessary to judge the entire business based on an interaction with one person. If you don't want to spend extra time in transit traveling to get your hair done and you live in the area, come in. As of 5/20/23 I will be working on Fridays as I build in the area, and then I will add more days. I specialize in color, cuts (women/men/children) barber trained for men, natural hair care, extensions/sew ins, keratin treatments and permanent straightening. My coworker and I were visiting this shopping center as we've been here many times with no issues. On one of the busiest days, there wasn't any parking open per usual. This woman claiming to be an associate at 1st Impression Hair studio, scolding everyone driving by even if they were minding their business. I kindly asked her if the public parking spot was open and she aggressively shouted that it was for her client. I asked if she had any legal reservation tickets, signs, etc. The woman then said with more attitude, "I am the sign, I'm standing right here." After I finished my errands around the center I passed by the hair studio to find out she was sitting on her phone with headphones in and NO CLIENT?!? I'm extremely disturbed and disappointed by the customer service I have received from the 1st Impression Hair studio. Please expect lack of human decency when visiting this studio, ESPECIALLY if this "associate" is present in the store.

This salon is called First Impressions and let me tell you I was not impressed. However, what I did not like is that Stephanie had a “f*ck Biden” sticker, called immigrants “illegals“ and said farther things that are inappropriate to talk with a client. I was too nervous to speak out do to her cutting my hair at the time but I would hate for someone else to be in this position and feel uneasy as I felt.Services: Haircut
