“I am a very happy client. We needed to replace a built in Thermador refrigerator / freezer. I was initially referred to several large retail businesses whose representatives told me the same story. I would need to modify the existing kitchen cabinetry and fabricate new panels to fit on the new refrigerator doors and drawer. The new Thermador fridge models have different dimensions and configurations and would not accept the existing panels that matched the rest of the kitchen. So, construction for a new cut out , new panels and paint for the kitchen. I called CDG and Judy took over. She said she needed to check on some things and would get right back to me. She did. Judy found a new but older model Thermador that was a perfect fit for the cut out and would accept the existing door panels. It came with the usual warranty from Thermador. Judy arranged for delivery and suggested an installation company. Judy kept me current on the progress of the project and followed up after the major events. She handled the difficult job of coordinating the delivery and installation portions of the job. Everything worked out as well as one can only imagine. Judy is magic.

“I wish I contacted Jenna sooner! Jenna is so professional and she kept us on budget. I didn't have a huge project. For my kitchen, I needed an island installed, new countertops and backsplash, new sink/faucet, update cabinet hardware. For my great room, I had furniture pieces I wanted to keep and I just wanted some upgrades and changes to some pieces. I also needed some new light fixtures and decor on my large wall. Jenna stayed on budget, got my project done in record time. She kept me up to date every step of they way, even gently reminding me when I forgot certain things she's already told me :). “Highly highly recommended! We replaced the entire first floor with engineering hardwood last November, and we trust this family- own company. Prices (for both hardwood and install) are very reasonable. We found Slater Hardwood from Yelp, and it was a great experience from selecting the hardwood to installation. Brian is very patient and customer oriented while we were selecting the hardwood. Brian's dad, Blake, runs Cooper Flooring who does the installation. From the get-go, I found that Blake not only knows the construction codes of many houses in the area, he also has years of experience dealing with complicated situations when installing hardware. His team was very effective taking out the floor tiles, flatten the ground and completed the install beautifully. You can tell they have done the hardwood install projects many many times. Blake's team paid attention to details, we love their work. Thank you Brian, Lauren and Blake. Job well done!!“

They listened to what our main objectives were and came up with a design that far exceeded our expectations! “My family and I will always be grateful to the whole team at Oricon for giving us our dream kitchen remodel. The search for the right contractor was overwhelming and after interviewing at least a handful of contractors, my hubby and I narrowed it down to Oricon and another. It was a tough decision but what made us go with Oricon was the detailed questioning we received from Travis during his visit. He asked us about all sorts of details that the other guys did not. Plus it was just one of the intangible feelings. Anyhow, like all contractors and vendors during the pandemic, Oricon is backed up so we had to wait but it was well worth the wait. Some things we appreciated about the Oricon team: 1) great communication (whether it was phone, email, text or in person) was consistent. We asked a ton of questions and despite how busy they are, they always maintained constant communication with us. We received regular status updates on the work completed, work that was left to be done and of course the balance statements. We had a few issues that had to be resolved asap and we were impressed that Travis was on top of it with the options and his recommendation despite their many projects going on simultaneously. 2) workmanship- their expertise and professionalism were critical. Even though we didn't see the planning that went on behind the scenes, it was clearly evident that a substantial amount of planning went into the design and install. And like any project, not everything went as planned but we were never nervous since Steve, Travis and team always knew how to remedy the situation and were not satisfied unless we were happy with the end result. Oricon definitely stands behind their work and you definitely get what you pay for. We went from a dark, tiny corner kitchen that was not functional to the a bigger, brighter, and functional kitchen that we typically 'ooh and ahhh' at on pinterest (see photos) =). Many, MANY thanks to Travis, Steve, Briana, Victoria and the whole staff! we know who we're calling when it's time to fix the ugly bathroom :D.“
