I have a prior felony DUI w/injury, when I stupidly caught this one I knew this would be a felony dui and thought my life was over and I would be in jail, away from my wife and daughters. Through the Grace of God and Thomas’s experience that is not happening Although I blew a .146 and have a prior felony DUI, the DUI was reduced to only a wet reckless and I only have 2 days of community service.
