I've worked with Cory and the White Magic team for about 19 years as a property manager. White Magic has been reliable for my clients janitorial needs for Communities I manage, ranging from small developments to multi-million dollar home developments. As a property manager, we have the responsibility to ensure contracts are being fulfilled and services are at A+ level. I've never had an issue with White Magic in all these years. Aaron was fantastic. He came over quickly and did a thorough inspection of our crawl space. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards. Provided a detailed description of what he found and how to move forward.

I have used White Magic for a few abatement/restoration projects in several different cities and they do remarkable work in a professional manner. The team, particularly Aaron, is responsive and works with my clients for the smoothest possible work schedule with excellent results.
