After recovering from pneumonia, my parents were discharged home from a rehabilitation center, and since then, the support from this agency has been truly invaluable. The nurses and physical therapists have shown not only professionalism but also genuine compassion and dedication.

I’m incredibly grateful to Vision Home Health Care for the care and support I received during my recovery after major surgery. After weeks in the hospital and rehab, coming home felt overwhelming—but their team made it so much easier.
Jem, my physical therapist, helped me regain mobility and strength much faster with simple, effective exercises. Veronica, my nurse, brought not only skill but a warmth and kindness that was truly healing. Fanny, my Home Health Aide always went the extra mile to make daily life much easier. And Raquel, the PT assistant, thoughtfully created clear exercise guides that helped me stay on track.
