Wonderful experience at ulta Beauty, in the Willows Concord today. Sheena was fun and amazing. I'm very happy with my service. Would definitely recommend. Went back for a haircut. Very good experience and a great cut.

Jessica, a Beauty Advisor was so incredibly patient and helpful. I needed to purchase about 40 gift cards and she made the experience fast, efficient and even fun. She shared the best options for my purchase and managed to still be kind and helpful to other guests as my check out was definitely - long process. She was respectful, helpful and so kind. i will be back for more gift card and great service!Thank you

Every últa location I go to in California for some reason I get pampered by crew helping me finding stuff! Very different experience in New York last week when I went there, somehow California ulta locations has the best customer service you can ever find! I'm very impressed with a Californians customer relations skills! Thank you Brandon int he cashier and the lady next to him who recommended me the pimple treatment I myself will never ever find or has a clue which one. Thanks ! Súper positive I'm coming back there!
