It's a clean, well maintained place, tucked in the back corner of a shopping center. I have been here a few times and seems like they have several ladies who take turns frequently. My masseuse was Nancy, very polite, accommodating, skilled girl. Her style is more on the gentle side with nice attention to sore spots and knots. I am sure I'll go back.

An active lifestyle has led to many aches and pains in my body. From long distance running, to weightlifting and playing basketball, I am always looking for a good massage in the Bay Area. Treat Yourself Spa is not only clean, affordable and professional, but the massages that I have received provided me relief from all the pain in my body. If you're looking for a great massage, I do recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

This place is so relaxing and professional! The lady that worked on me did a wonderful job. I will definitely be going back again. To anyone who is unsure: the prices are reasonable and try this place out, you will love it!
