Awesome ! Super easy to book online and get same day service. The tech arrived near the end of the time frame. He wasn’t impressed with the tile job in our bathroom and the fact the drain cover was grouted on. He also thought the drain was full of grout. I was hoping to just get the hair removed from the drain. He quoted a starting at price of $600! LOL! Couldn’t get the drain cover off and said he might have to break the grout. We decided to pass on this service. After he left my husband got our drain snake from the basement, took off the drain cover with a flat head screwdriver without breaking the grout and snaked the giant hairball, no grout, from the drain... read full review
