Steve (employee #59) was called in the evening on an emergency overflow flooding my kitchen. He work hard on the old pipes trying to unblock the pipes but the old pipes made it difficult for him to reach the blackface. He needed bigger equipment and it was late so he came back the next day and finally got it fixed. He was polite and very competent. So greatful to have things working again!
Steven was able to replace our garbage disposal no problem. He let us know exactly what he needed to do and how to keep the disposal running efficiently in the future. Our cats also liked him.
Our kitchen sinks were badly clogged, but within 2hours of calling Preferred Plumbing our sinks were unclogged and back to normal. Steve came quick and did an amazing job fixing our sinks! Thanks again Steve!
