Ed inspected our house several years ago as part of our home purchase (we were the buyer, he represented the seller). I kept a copy of the report, and now 4 years later I called to ask a question about our roof and how much time was left on it. He spent over 20 mins on the phone with me: He looked up the report, looked up permits on the permit database, gave me some good advice, and helped me understand what my options were. I paid him nothing and he had no obligation to help - but he did anyway. It's hard to find professionals like that and I'm grateful for the time he spent with me.

Ed was fantastic to work with! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and great at explaining what issues were found/ fixes to be made. He took his time with our walk through to make sure I understood everything which was very much appreciated! Appointment was fast and easy to make and I also received the report very quickly. Excellent service overall!!

I can say enough about Ed. This guy is a trained professional. He did a complete and thorough inspection of my house. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house, plumbing, electrical, structural, roofing, etc. His reports are detailed and easy to read with pictures and recommendations. Ed’s prices are very reasonably ( for what you get he should be charging more) I would recommend Ed to all my friends and familyThanks again Ed???
