Scott recently did inspections for two properties and everything from start to finish was of the highest caliber. Scott took all the time necessary to answer questions and explain things in detail, and the reports are thorough and easy to understand. Scheduling was a breeze (thank you, thank you for the online scheduling!), and then the office manager called to confirm and discuss any specific concerns ahead of the inspections. Prices were fair, turnaround was quick, and everything was efficient and professional. Highly recommend!
Had North Bay come out to Santa Rosa to inspect a home we're buying long distance from Utah. They were great in their review and I asked for the pictures for better clarity and they provided them. Quick, great inspection and very nice to work with. Will use again if needed in the area.
Great service all around, starting from the easy online appointment request, communication & coordination with Daniel, and the actual inspection by Scott. The inspection was thorough and provided a lot of insight, information, and recommendations. Would happily hire again.
