Not so good. In fairness to Pinnacle they said they couldn’t provide a warranty as my house had a deck and was on a slope. But they did say their $2k exclusion service would effectively eliminate rodents and the exterior barrier they provided would last several months and could be reapplied for lasting protection. Within 10 days I had several new rodent holes around the perimeter of my house and in a 7 day span I caught 25 mice and one rat. It’s arguably worse than before. But at least my wallet is a lot lighter.

I called in just trying to get a quote and ended up doing a year contract! I spoke with Daniel and got everything squared away, first appointment within a week! So far so good! My tech was Corey (Sam) who was a pleasure, very outgoing and overall professional! He came in with a mask, shoe covers and ready to go which I greatly appreciated him!! I was in the throes of closing escrow. I needed an inspection and estimation of the work needed to be done to lift the inspection contingency.
