First of all customer service was stellar starting with the gal that answered the phone! I was able to have a tech come out on the same day…. And even better…our tech, Drew, came 30 minutes earlier than expected! We were updated every step of the way, confirmations by email, etc… They unfortunately couldn’t get our old system to respond but did hook us up with a new Honeywell thermostat which was our preference anyway! This company is , as we say “user friendly”! Price was right and we also signed up for the yearly maintenance! Job well done Drew! Scott & Charlotte Pederson
