We are all different as to what works for our bodies and what doesn't. My review is about Dr. Sarkarian. She is very knowledgeable but also patient with someone who is uncertain of what they are getting into with allergy immunotherapy. She is the reason I started the treatment. For me at least the spray she recommended, which no other doctor ever thought of, worked immediately. Again, this may not work for you, but I was desperate to try anything at that point.
Service was very bad. We made the appointment a month in advanced. When we got to the appointment 5 minutes earlier. They asked for the new Medicare card and took a long time to verify the new card. We didn’t get to see the doctor until very late.
The provider was wonderful! The staff on the other hand were absolutely awful! They don't take medi-cal, however I was with them for a year. That's when they canceled my appointment, the day before my appointment! They gave me 5 reasons why, and 5 different people before telling me it was because I had medi-cal! The final lady was very rude and just kept saying your appointment is canceled. I was completely confused and shocked. Please, do not go here. It was an awful experience!
