We had a great experience. The photographer was ready for us when we arrived, was very friendly, helped pose everyone in the group, did what I asked for and also made her own suggestions. Very reasonably priced.

I’m not a picture person but thought this would something fun for my husband and I to do. Nate brought out the best in us. We took some funny and fantastic photos. I would so recommend going to Concord JCPenny for your photos. The whole staff was so nice and helpful. We are going to make this a regular things now. Thanks!

Took my child in for replacement school photos and had a great experience from start to finish! I booked the appointment online and was contacted twice to confirm, which I really appreciated. There was no wait when we arrived. We were greeted right away and went over details like background choices and pose preferences. Our photographer, Aryella, was friendly, professional, and made my child feel completely comfortable. I felt like we got a lot done in our 15min session. Ask for Aryella if you can!
