Purchased equipment and set up service online, using chat service and created an online account. Process went smoothly and the chat agents answered all my questionInstalled the system today and contacted customer service on chat and on the 800 number. Both representatives were very helpful and resolved my questions and concerns. Once the system was setup, the testing process was went very well and all monitoring agents were curtiios and professional.
I called Get Safe as the pendant wasn't working. Turns out someone turned the case unit off at my house, turned it in, worked great. Amber at main office stayed on the line until the emergency center answered and they verified unit was working and verified my address. Great job
