The hygienists are incredibly thorough and gentle. The manager ensures everything runs seamlessly. And the dentist, Dr Lee? Exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive.
What stood out to me most was how safe and cared for I felt throughout the entire visit. Every question I had was answered with clarity and confidence. Every concern was heard and respected. There was no rush, no pressure, just a genuine commitment to excellence and patient comfort.
I had an awesome experience at Downtown Concord Dental! Dr. Lee and the entire staff were so friendly, personable, and welcoming. They made me feel completely comfortable, and the care was excellent. I also loved the atmosphere — they had Disney playing and even animals around like a turtle, fish, and a sweet dog. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!
