She fit me in last minute but it was a huge mistake. I came in for an ends trim and when I sat in the chair she showed me the amount of hair she was going to be cutting which was only an inch to cut the split ends only. But she completely chopped almost 4 inches off my hair I told her specifically I don’t want a hair cut just an ends trim. Almost like it was done on purpose now my hair is so short with the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was able to get my money back but it doesn’t take the fact that she ruined my hair. I had made a lash appointment with her but I ended canceling I’m really just upset.

I popped in for a walk in appointment and luckily Lan was available. I wear my hair short and layered and she gave me on of the best cuts I've ever had! The way she cut the layers on the top of my head make my hair look so voluminous! I would post a picture but I need to dye my hair. Too much grey! Also I appreciate that she politely asked questions about my preferences for a cut but was not overly chatty. I find haircuts very relaxing so I prefer to close my eyes and relax. I think she picked up on my vibe and that was much appreciated.

I called a few days prior to my appointment and Lan fit me in quickly. She was very personable and professional she even noticed I was getting cold and offered a blanket... loved that. I'll definitely go back in 8 weeks for a fresh lift.
