I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BSI Financial and my loan officer, FLOYD FOWLER!

I applied for a home equity loan and promptly provided the documentation I was asked for.
After weeks of poor communication and multiple unanswered calls, I finally learned that my loan application had been withdrawn because BSI (FLOYD FOWLER) claimed I failed to provide proof of income within 30 days. This was the first time I had ever been told there was a 30-day deadline or that additional documentation was needed. Had anyone communicated that to me, I would have responded immediately.

I emailed the customer care line because I received an envelope from them that was not for me. It’s been weeks with a follow up email and no response. I can’t imagine they take good care of their actual customers.

This is literally the most incompetent business I, my partners, my lender, or my attorney has ever had the displeasure of working with. If you are unfortunate enough to have your loan through them, prepare to defend yourself legally for their mistakes.
