Ron came to my mom’s house late on a Saturday. He cleared the blockage with the snake from the roof. He is amazing! Great prices too! My mom is having him replace the hot water heater tomorrow! I will recommend BAP to anyone who needs an expert plumber. Thanks Ron!

Dec 4, 2025 Woke up yesterday, Dec 3, 2025, to a toilet leak and wet floor mats. Called BAP Bay Area Plumbing and was able to arrange for repairs the next day. Ron contacted me the day of, to inform me of his arrival time and kept me well informed of his arrival and what repairs needed. I HIGHLY recommend BAP Bay Area Plumbing and Ron Lem.
