He takes the time to explain the situation and offer solutions and options, and what to watch out for in the future. Ron was able to come out on the weekend with short notice about a leak. He was very thorough in his fixes and did a great job. He also helped with advice about other plumbing issues and saved headaches. Ron is the only honest plumber in the Bay Area.

Woke up yesterday, Dec 3, 2025, to a toilet leak and wet floor mats. Called BAP Bay Area Plumbing and was able to arrange for repairs the next day. Ron contacted me the day of, to inform me of his arrival time and kept me well informed of his arrival and what repairs needed. I HIGHLY recommend BAP Bay Area Plumbing and Ron Lem.
