I describe this place as miracle workers! I had an accident that left me with a facial scar that had required 26 stitches. A few months later, I decided to check out some plastic surgeons and skin care places. Pretty much all cosmetic surgeons just wanted to sell creams. This clinic was recommended by a friend, so I decided to check it out. Their staff is so welcoming, and the check-in process thorough and convenient. Everything was electronic, not pages of paper and the facility was very clean. After I had my consultation with Dom, it was very apparent what this business cares about most is patient results and satisfaction. He explained the options throughly, and showed me all their state of the art equipment (they had far more advanced stuff than the other places I checked out). After just my first session, the results speak for themselves. When you come here, you feel like family because they care about you and your results. This is the place to go if you want to look your best!

Last Saturday after having an early dinner at Fuji Restaurant, I passed by Abby Skin Clinic Concord branch since I was already in the area to buy my skin care products. It's my first time going there since I always go to the Union city location for my facial. And I'm very pleased with the staff there. They were also as nice as the staff in the other branch. I love the interior of the concord location, it's all white and very spacious. They have the same services as with the other location. I'm very pleased that they have 2 locations that I can always go to. Keep up the great work Abby Skin

Abby and her team are so cordial and professional that they have never disappointed me. This team must have been the only skincare team I have ever met that has been able to treat my skin accordingly to my "racial" needs. LITERALLY. Being of mixed "Races" I have always had special issues with my skin of all the many places I have visited looking for HELP, only ABBY, and her TEAM has been successful to give me what I need with unbelievable results. They take the time to explain my treatments and answer all of my questions. After 8 years of receiving care from this group, l just listen and follow instructions and enjoy the results and the experience. I highly recommend this team their treatments and their products to family and friends.

I came in at this location wearing regular clothes for consultation. The moment I arrived in the clinic the staff was staring at me. The Nurse who made “consultation” was unpleasant, discouraging me that their products might not be as effective compared to Philippines. She’s dismissing anything that I have to say and was rushing me to leave the store, before I leave she was saying that I have to pay $75 for that “consultation” that she did. I refused to pay not even a penny after the bad perception that she showedI was insulted and humiliated! I will escalate my concern to Consumer Board! I wasted my gas going to that location, I have a very busy schedule, I study full time, work full time and I take care of my baby as well. I gave birth about a year ago and was not happy with my skin discoloration and she was rude and disrespectful!!!!!

Abby and Dom along their team are the best in the Bay Area. This is my second visit. I went in and was a little nervous, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable right away. Dom and Abby keep up to date with the latest injections on the market. I feel great and look great. Plus I get to practice my Tagalog.

Ive been here for multiple treatments and I cannot rave enough for the staff and services that they provide. I came in over a year ago almost hopeless because I had tried laser hair removal for my armpits at another place which ultimately ended up burning me so badly.. I was almost ready to live in shame with burn marks forever but Abby and the staff really turned things around for me. I now have human armpits that are better than even before they were burned! Abby and the staff truly care and know how to treat sensitive Asian skin. They may be pricier than other places but they are experts with top quality services!

It's a red flag for me not to come ! I made appointment with them that took me 3 months to wait . At the day of my appointment I received a call that because I didn't confirm my appointment I need to be moved to another day . Really ? Because aesthetician need to leave early today they put the blame on me ? What a joke ! . BIG NO FOR THIS place . I will never call this place to make an appointment. . No email received but text only ! No calls but only when they want to cancel your appointment .
