“Vinyl Concepts’ excellent reputation is well-deserved. It started with Art working up a quote for a project that went through a few revisions before we settled on a final design. Art’s quote was one of four we got. Price was competitive, but the quality of VC’s materials and their customer service (both from Art and their in-house support staff) was noticeably a cut above any of their competitors. The project involved 100’ of 6’ vinyl fencing with one standard gate, and two 16’ rolling gates that come together to lock and form a corner. One of the sliding gates was a bit tricky, as the track was slightly sloped and the gate needed to be skewed accordingly so it’d align flush top to bottom at the corner. That corner is removable to facilitate getting a truck and trailer out of the yard. All of this was executed with total precision. Installation with Taron and Andre took three days. Impressive considering how much labor was involved, to include hand mixing and pouring what looked like dozens of bags of concrete. Taron and Andre were total pros, showing up early every day, and doing excellent work. If I ever had ideas about tackling a DIY project like this, they cured me of that! This is absolutely a job for folks who know what they’re doing. Vinyl Concepts’ work for us has not gone unnoticed. Several neighbors have mentioned how nice the fence looks, and one neighbor (who has a general contracting business) actually ended up working with VC to have a fence installed on his property based on our referral and seeing the quality of VC’s work. Can’t recommend them highly enough, and we’ll be having them do some pergola work for us soon.“

“This contractor is not qualified to install concrete. I hired them to pour and finish a small concrete slab around my pool. The first time they set the concrete, it cracked in 7 places within the first hour. They had to jack hammer everything out. During this process they damaged the pool coping, and did not reduce the price to cover the damage. The second time they set and finished the slab, the finish was different shades of gray. The job will have to be performed again by someone else.“

So I re-read the negative reviews and I did not notice any complaint about quality. Most complaints seemed like they were busy. So I made a material list and came in to place my order. I met A J the Owner. He started to help me, was very busy, noticed I had a list so asked if he could take my list and email a quote. I had to call to follow up to get quote but got it. every time I called in the Lady who answer was very pleasant. Placed order. Had to wait a couple of weeks as he had stated. When I went to pick up my order I was blown away at the quality - especially the Powder Coating - Excellent. Each painted part was individually wrapped in plastic. Unbelievable.
