The instructors are very detailed oriented in pointing out mistakes yet very kind and constructive with their feedback. “Gustavo is punctual, friendly, and helpful. He called me a day before to confirm my appointment and he picked me up at the arranged time. We practiced for 1 hr before my behind-the-wheels test. During which he gave me helpful tips to successfully pass my exam at the Lincoln Park DMV. Additionally, Gustavo's Nissan Versa automatic is clean and reliable. The vehicle passed the pre-check exam without any errors.“

They cared about my success just as much as I did. Even before I asked for help Phil took me under his wing. He made sure I knew my pre-trip and gave me homework. He said, "I'm gonna test you tomorrow you better know it. When I asked for help he said, "I'm here I got you anything you need." When I needed more time after class to practice he stayed and helped me. When Magno, Walter, & Herrera saw areas where I can improve they gave me encouragement & advice. When I was slacking Jon gave me that look & told me you better stop coming late we're gonna start closing the gate. Even my classmates were awesome and we all still keep in touch.
