“Paul did a beautiful job on our custom maple wainscoting and bar work at Bohemia. This was not a basic install. The project involved a lot of layout decisions, uneven floor conditions, outlet coordination, panel proportions, cap details, and making sure everything would work both visually and practically in a commercial space. Paul was thoughtful throughout the process and clearly knows finish carpentry.

What I appreciated most was that he did not just rush through it. He took the time to think through the details, explain options, and flag things that could affect the final result before cutting into the material. He was especially careful with the panel layout, wood movement, grain direction, and how the base and trim should be handled so the finished product would both look right and hold up well over time.

The wainscoting came out really elegant and clean, and the craftsmanship is obvious in person. It gave the space warmth and character immediately. The bar work also came out great and tied in nicely with the rest of the room. Paul cares about the end result and it shows.

If you are looking for someone for detailed trim or custom millwork and want somebody who actually thinks through the job instead of just nailing things up, I would absolutely recommend him.“

“When I called Mario, he answered immediately. We set the date for consultation and he was on time. We spoke for a while and walked the outside of home. He explained in detail what the process was for repairing, priming and painting. Mario explained everything that would take place. “I had the absolute BEST experience with DDS!

I'm an incredibly indecisive person, so cabinet shopping felt really intimidating. I visited several cabinetry vendors in the area, but the moment I walked into DDS, I immediately knew this was where I'd be purchasing from.

First of all, the showroom is beautiful. The displays are thoughtfully designed, with so many custom ideas and truly lovely craftsmanship. It made it easy to visualize possibilities for my own space.

Secondly - the pricing. Based on how gorgeous their cabinetry is, I was convinced it would be way out of my budget. To my surprise, DDS provided the BEST quote out of all the vendors I visited! When I received the pricing, I was honestly shocked (in the best way!). I was even able to add more to my order than I originally planned. They offer tons of customization options and have a very quick turnaround time. My parents did two (smaller) kitchen remodels recently from vendors in the area - my kitchen was quite a bit larger and ended up being much more affordable than theirs AND nicer quality!

And most importantly: the customer service. This was my first time shopping for cabinetry, and I felt completely lost at first. I worked with Grace throughout the entire process, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive. She helped me narrow down options that truly aligned with my vision and asked thoughtful questions to fully understand my style and needs. I never felt pressured or pushed into any purchases and I felt that she was really working towards making my vision come true, not making a sale

At one point, she received a preview of cabinets I had already selected and immediately recognized that I wouldn't be happy with the outcome - she sent photos right away. I had to pivot from my original vision and Grace worked quickly to adjust my order, even though the final purchase ended up costing less than my original selection. That level of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated.

As I continue building out my space, I'll definitely be returning to Grace at DDS for future cabinetry. My parents also recently did two kitchen remodels from someone in the area, and they feel a bit regretful that they didn't know about DDS
