A++++ 500 STARS. Johnny gave a thorough and fair estimate, with options for me to choose from depending on my budget. I really appreciated seeing the breakdown of costs so that I could understand where my money was going. Isabelle is an excellent and reliable communicator who handled all the administrative tasks smoothly & easily. They came to my house before the job with samples so that I could see the paint on my walls. It was a big job, right before Thanksgiving, and Jose, Eric & Israel were a professional and respectful crew and got the job done in time. I recently hired Johnny's Custom Painting company to paint the exterior of my house and couldn't be more pleased with the results. My stucco house built in 1953 hadn't been painted in approximately 25 years. It was in need of extensive stucco and wood rot repair and wood replacement, including large retaining walls, in addition to the original windows needing glazing. Johnny and Isabelle were a pleasure to work with, always available, and their stellar crew took the necessary time to prep everything as needed without cutting corners or rushing the job. Couldn't be happier. Called day before storm Hilary to see if leaky area on roof could be "patched" with Flex Seal ASAP. Folks came to the house within hours and assessed the situation and determined an appropriate course of action. Supplies were secured and a technician completed the work that afternoon. Extremely satisfied and impressed with the service. Highest recommendation.
