“This post is LONG over due! I feel like she saved my life.I have been seeing Dr. Park for a few months now. Originally I went in to be treated for some serious tendinitis is my right hand. During that time I was feeling very depressed because my hand prevented me from working or just doing normal day to day things like getting dressed, washing dishes, doing laundry etc... I was also in physical therapy at the time but the pain in my hand was preventing me from making much progress. I honestly felt hopeless, but after a few visits with Dr. Park I began to make major strides in my recovery.Eventually I began treatment on my upper back as well. I have had upper back problems for years! From my years studying in college, the demands of my current job, and having a larger bust were all working against me. I noticed major changes in my back and shoulders once she started treating me. But for some reason I was still having tension issues in my back as well as some flare ups in my hand here and there. Dr. Park decided to run some tests on me (sort of like a physical) and she figured out that I may be having issues in my gut, as well as dealing with some major inflammation in my body due to my diet (which at the time I didn't think was very bad but apparently I was wrong ), and she believed I was dealing with parasites and bad bacteria.She prescribed a course of treatment with supplements as well as a 21 day detox. When I tell you I couldn't believe the results, I literally mean I couldn't believe it! Not only had the pain decrease substantially, but I was also sleeping better, my bloating (that I've always dealt with and could never get rid of) went away, my random acne breakouts were subsiding, I literally didn't feel like my upper back was puffy anymore... all of these things I had dealt with for ALL of my adult life. No more fatigue throughout the day, my mood got so much better, just literally everything that regular doctors said was "only stress" started to go away.I am a 35 year old woman, I work out (strength train) 3-4 times a week, and I couldn't understand why my body felt like it was failing me... especially these last few years. “If you are looking for pain relief try Dr. Mehrdad Joukar at Acupuncture Health Care. My Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis was literally killing me. I was housebound and couldn't do the simplest of things. I had severe pain in all of my joints and really bad headaches. It seems I stayed in bed most of the day and started suffering some depression. If you're concerned about the needles don't be, they are not painful at all. “So I remembered that I was given a discount by Violet. I also was capable to see that I had hypolordosis in my back bone or spinal cord and hips because I had neck and lower back pain. So I figured out that I had Hypolordosis of the cervical spine curve. Hyperlordosis of the lumbar spine with a decreased L5 posterior disc space. The doctor was capable to show me my results from a picture of my ex rays on March 25, 2022, but that was the same day that I came into the chiropractic clinic. “I've been coming here for a couple of years now originally for back pain that I had. Joon the male doctor there quickly helped get rid of my pain over time. Lately I've been coming back for neck and shoulder pain and every visit gets me back to normal for a couple months. The past 3 weeks I've been getting really bad headaches so now I'm back here twice a week to help get rid of my headaches for good. Joons technique is different if you are in a lot of pain which gets deep into the muscles and finds tigger points / knots in the muscles. Once a trigger point is hit with the niddle you really feel the soreness come immediately. I can handle 30-50 triggers points each visit but most can only handle 1-5. I say trust the process, the short amount of pain / Soreness you feel only last a couple days and at the end of it your pain is gone. Also you don't enjoy the pain / soreness they also do traditional acupuncture with Dr. Kim. I personally love / enjoy the pain the middles bring because it feels like a very deep tissue massage.“
