Just wanted to add to my first review. It's been almost 3 months since I've started seeing Dr. Katherine and I still couldn't be happier. I've lost about 20 pounds of fat and back up that was in my intestines that I didn't even know I had. I did not think I was overweight, but I definitely had more weight than what my frame needed. I'm only 5'4 and now my weight is steady between 105 and 112. That's waterweight. This weight loss isn't a fad diet. This is because my health has completely turned around and my gut in now clean and balanced. Which is all the talk on social media, especially when it comes to weight loss. I wasn't looking for the weight loss. I was looking to improve my overall health and this was just a cherry on top of the cake. I have so much more energy, working out is so much easier because of less weight to push and pull around. My skin is glowing , inflammation in my joints and back is almost zero..
