“I cannot recommend Phuong enough!I was originally recommended by my cousin years before actually seeing Phuong, but since I'm a creature of habit, i continued to go to European wax center even though i was unhappy, but when the only tech that would wax me left, i knew it was time for a change. I truly regret not going to Phuong sooner!My first appointment with Phuong went smoothly and she made me feel so comfortable! We all know that getting a Brazilian can be so awkward, especially with a new tech, but she made it the most easy transition.Phuong is fast and efficient! I don't know how she does it, but the wax itself is painless as well. Also, I appreciate how knowledgeable she is with her work and products. When i asked for products for problems areas, she was more than happy to recommend products that are actually beneficial and cater to my needs. I cannot express how much this was helpful and i felt she genuinely wanted what's best for me instead of trying to push/sale products. So don't be shy to ask her anything! I moved from San Francisco to San Leandro, but i refuse to see anyone else. She knows i travel to see her and works with my schedule to get my appointments. Booking appointments with her is extremely easy and there has never been a time where she can't see me or squeeze me in. She is always so accommodating! She has the most welcoming personality that will bring out the most shy person and i lover her for this! She is literally the most underpaid therapist LOL She listens to all the drama and i will always leave her place laughing. She is such a BOSS BABE and I'm happy to support her!“

“My regular benefit brow bar has been closed because the person is out for the time being (and has been for minute). I haven't had my brows waxed in about 2+ months. I'm realizing that all ultas are different. I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. However this ulta does not do call reminder. Which is fine by me I just keep everything in my calendar. But if you are expecting one, probably not? I got there a smidge early and decided to walk around and pick up somethings I know I needed. The benefit brow bar is just on the right hand side as you enter the building. Sheena was my brow expert today. OMG PEOPLE! SHE'S AMAZING! I just asked for my brows to keep its shape. She did just that but better. She started with trimming my brows before waxing them down. After the wax, she tweezed the little stragglers out, and evened out my brows. I 100% recommend booking with her! She's amazing! I will definitely be back!“
