Had an excellent experience with Levy. If you need any service for your Infiniti I would seek out Levy as your service rep when you come here. He was highly communicative and took me through all the options in very plain language which is not always the case with dealerships and garages. +++
Levy is the best service provider I have EVER encountered. He is super communicative and understanding and always gives me the best information regarding keeping my car in great health so that it last me super long. Having him looking over my infiniti makes me feel so safe driving my family around! He really is the best.
You ever have one of those days….? Then your tire gets a screw in it and makes it even worse? Yep, I sure did. But Alfred and Bob at Infiniti made this annoyance so much easier. They quickly got the exact tire I needed as I drove to their location with my spare. Once I was there, I was in and out within 45 mins! It was the end of the day on Friday, too, when some businesses can close early for the weekend. So I was able to enjoy my weekend! Thank you!
