New Journey Cremation was there for us every step of the way. From the first meeting with our entire family to now (2 days after her burial). They’ve handled everything with genuine care, professionalism, and compassion that we’ll never forget. From the viewing, Catholic Church ceremony, and burial to the reception, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail. Fernando, Shay, Aton, Ally, and Roger were amazing. Their entire team worked seamlessly together, and every single one of them played a vital role in supporting our family and ensuring the process was smooth and every personal touch was perfect.

They were open and honest about what to expect, communicated clearly, and consistently went above and beyond for us. Being a family-owned and operated company, their approach felt deeply personal (as you would want/ expect during such a difficult time). They treated us with kindness and dignity, and made sure our grandmother was honored in a beautiful and meaningful way.
