I was getting a warning alert on my Generac generator, and the company that installed it was less than interested in coming out and fixing it. But how happy I am to find Westech. They came out the same morning I called them which is really awesome. Richard was amazing and fixed my problems. He explained things clearly and I was very comfortable with his expertise. I will be using Westech from now on. Thank you at Westech for your help and your patience with me!

I purchased a Generac back-up generator from this company. I had to wait about 9 months to get it since the chip issue caused the delay. Shawn installed it. I was very impressed with his expertise in his installation. We had to call him back out for an issue. He came the next day and fixed the issue. He is a great employee and great representive for Westech! I highly recommend this company!
