Jennifer was my contact in the office, ensuring paperwork was done and notifying me of the schedule stage after stage. Alan planned my electrical panel upgrade, relocating the new panel and pole, and the level 2 EV charger, and he coordinated with the county and PG&E for inspections. Will, who came to my house, was courteous and just a great guy. Lisa, who handled everything on the phone, sped things up and made sure my service was as rapid as possible. Two great employees who represent Hodges well.
They always do a great job when the come here to fix something. Especially the gentleman that was here today, he has been here twice before and is able to fix just about anything in a short time. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at his trade.
