Update 2: I wanted to update this review and my rating. I've had 2 minor parts of my system fail. The first occasion turnkey noticed it before I did and immediately sprung into action to get it resolved. The second occasion I noticed it first, but all it took was 1 email and everything else was handled. Not only that, their technician who came out most recently didn't just replace the broken part, he checked over the entire system. They have definitely proven they are willing to put in the work to support their existing customers, and I'm upping my review to 4 stars because of it. Over the past 18-20 months I have had 2 systems installed complete with battery’s on 2 separate properties and there have been hurdles to get over with the county and the actual installation. Turnkey has followed through completely and has been very responsive with my concerns and making sure that the service is professional and to my liking. They always go above and beyond to make sure I completely happy and understand everything. I would like to name everyone in person but that’s a long list. Turnkey Energy was so quick to return my call and get their rep out to the house within two days to look over my solar needs. I am now looking forward to seeing what you can do for my home comfort and save me some money! Thank you again for your quick response.
