Their mission is to maintain the best quality of life while providing palliative and hospice care, and they achieve this through medical, emotional, spiritual, and social support. The staff at Heritage Crossing are highly trained, kind, and compassionate, and they treat every individual with respect. They have been described as angels on earth, helping families during one of the hardest times of their lives. Many families have expressed their gratitude for the exceptional care their loved ones received in the last weeks or days of their lives. The receptionists, nurses, CNAs, chaplains, and kitchen staff all play a vital role in the care and support provided by Heritage Crossing. One family member mentioned the inspiration and choices they received to make their mother's journey extra special. Overall, Heritage Crossing Hospice is a wonderful service that meets angels put on this earth by God, and it provides a blessed and peaceful end-of-life experience for both the individual and their family.
Beautiful facility and amazing staff. Follow-up continues for months after. I have no idea why there aren’t more facilities like this. They take all the mystery out of the difficult process

My Mother was in need of care for the end and I highly recommend HCCC. They really care and help every family. This is the hardest decision I've ever made and even though it's more costly, we decided that her final days were significantly enhanced with Heritage. I don't think you could find a better place.
