I am a resident here at Horizon and I would grade this place a 5+5+5+5 , Nurses here a 5, C N A's here a 5 and the Therapist here a triple 5 and all manager's and all the ones that runs this place a double double and one big Thank you for there helping me a lot and don't forget Activities department for there many fun things they do for us. I love everybody here Thank You Everybody

A family member has been in there for over a month and just got transferred to the longer stay side of the facility. Upon entering the facility, it’s very nice sitting area you sign in and it’s with facial ID and the print you out a sticker to the room number and name of your family member you’re visiting. It’s nice about it each time you go there after to visit, it could even be several weeks. You’re still recognized by the face recognition, and you get printed out the sticker. I absolutely love this place the to the care and the staff ❤ they are an awesome team. They actually listen to the Doctors and family. We had such a horrible experience at Willow creek in clovis I almost lost my father there due to negligence. I will only refer my family and Friends to Horizon they are the best. Thank for taking care of my father and getting him back on track.
