“I was very impressed by Chase and Marvin, who came out from the Visalia location. They cleaned out a section under my house where there was standing water due to a leak that had been there for quite some time. This needed to be taken care of in advance of a plumbing job I am going to have done. One thing I appreciate about Chase and Marvin, besides their professional and personable manner, was that they were very understanding and careful when going in and out so that my indoor cat (who actually never materialized during the job) would not get out. Before starting the job, they set up an “air scrubber” in the bathroom above the area of the leak, which helped to eliminate odors and purify the inside air as they worked under the house. Chase and Marvin did a great job and even air dropped “before and after” photos to me so I could see what they had done. I’m happy with the service and I would definitely recommend ServPro to my friends and family.“
