I would like to give 5 stars to ServPro of Fresno NW! We were away from the house when we received a call from a neighbor of water coming out the front door. ServPro went to the house, and immediately removed the furniture, pulled up the water and set up fans, and cutting out the wet drywall. They packed out the house belongings and set videos and pictures of all the items. The remodel project went well, and any bumps were immediately remedied. Our family is extremely pleased with the services provided by ServPro and every one of the staff/employees that we delt with. I highly recommend ServPro of Fresno Northwest!
I can’t say enough for the incredible job that Jason and his team have done to restore our house to its previous beauty after we suffered a sewage backup which affected much of our home. Having a black water flood was extremely traumatic, but once Servrpro brought this team in for reconstruction, the entire trajectory of the experience changed.
Before the project started, Jason provided us with a list of all of the different areas being worked on, what day it would take place, and how long it would last.
