“Quality Roofing & Construction - Quality Job Done Indeed!I have roof leakage problem in Thanksgiving 2015, it has been raining a lot during the El Nino winter. Melissa said they were very busy but would put me in the queue. I tried calling other companies, but Melissa was the one who returned my call. This left a good impression that this company does follow up. At 10am on Dec 8, Rob came out to inspect the roof (he arrived promptly as have promised). He said he has the materials needed and can repair the roof right then. Took him a few hours to finish the job. He cleaned up his work area nicely. Melissa billed me as the price they have quoted me - economically and fair. ( I have compared their base price with other companies.) The following day after the repair, it rained heavily....no leakage. This is July 2016, half a year after the repair, after many heavy rainfall this past El Nino winter. No leakage....I am a very happy customer living in Clovis, CA. Thank you Quality Roofing!!!“

I had a very small job due to some loose tiles on my roof overhang on the front of my home. Not only did they do the repair but they took the time to check the whole roof. “Pro's then the Cons1) roofing was quick and clean2) Quality looks good3) Ray was quick to answer all texts 4) I found an issue and Ray came out to look at it. I wasn't home to verify the issue was fixed but his company does have a real good rating on the BBB. Cons1) Must be busy but original contact was by texts. Had to ask for sample to look at. If you know what you want then I guess this way is quick and easy2) I did not know the schedule and was surprised tear-out started on a Saturday when I wasn't home. 3) Communication should have been better on his end but he did always return my texted questions promptly. It would have been nice if he initiated the calls and give me a heads up. Overall, real nice guy and his BBB reputation is good which is most important. He is bonded and insured. The job came out nice. I would do it again with him but I would make sure to meet him and get a schedule down.“

“We had our balcony repaired, the job was on time, repairs/work were great. We found out over few months the materials did not hold, causing leaks. When we reached back, it was great service, the guys came back, inspected and redid all the needed work and repair and corrected the leaking at no extra cost. So far the balcony has held through the rains. Over excellent service, on time, professional. All the constructions folks were professional, on time and got the work done as scheduled.I would recommend them highly and use their services for additional projects.“
