“Diablo View Construction painted both the interior of my garage and the exterior of my house, as well as some exterior wood repair. I don't say this lightly- this was hands down the best experience with any home improvement or work done on the house I have ever had. The experience was exceptional. Kevin came by the house multiple times to answer questions, guide the project, and help navigate exterior paint color, which can be quite daunting. Through the project, he stopped by multiple times a week to ensure the project was on track and check on any questions. The men painting the house were top notch- their attention to detail was above anything I have experienced. They didn't assume how I wanted something done, they made sure to check first (such as wrapping the paint around the trim, or not since we have stucco, and the stucco would make it the paint lines look wobbly). When I wasn't sure what to decide, they offered advice on what they would do, or what they see most people do. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to see if I found anything, literally any little mistake on the house, and there is none. The paint job is gorgeous, and the lines are crisp. I mentioned I hated how the nails from our solar panels were visible under the overhang of our front porch, and they fixed them, no charge. I will be using Diablo View Construction for any and all projects I have in the future. Kevin and his team are truly the best.”

Matching hardwood went throughout, all the doors and trim were replaced, the kitchen was taken down to the studs and all three bathrooms got redone. We kept the original fireplace and refinished it instead of ripping it out. That ended up being one of my favorite decisions because the house still has some of its old personality.”

“We had a great experience NAB Construction! Our pickleball court had broken concrete on one end, and was too short on the other. NAB removed all the bad concrete and replaced it with pavers, and on the other side of the court, added 5 feet of concrete where we had lawn, as well as adding to our existing retaining wall. After the pavers were installed, I noticed something not to my preference with the paver layout. I contacted Nick, our site manager from NAB, and he was very responsive, and arranged for Nate (the company president) to come out right away and discuss the matter, which was resolved that same day to my complete satisfaction. Nick also was happy to arrange for a few other small tasks related to bricks and concrete on our property to be taken care of, and they were - at no added cost. NAB construction was not the lowest bid we got for this work, but I have learned the hard way that going with the lowest price is not always a great idea, and I am glad I went with NAB for this project. I'm very satisfied with the results of this project, and would not hesitate to recommend NAB construction to others.”

“Zecena Construction<br>Rigo and Felix are true professionals. We had a deck, stamped concrete, and a lawn installed by Zecena construction. They provided a detailed estimate for a fair price and delivered a quality job. Their bid included everything to complete the project. Once the job started there was absolutely no haggling . During the project Rigo uncovered dry rot in the existing deck. Felix was on the job within the hour to access what needed to be done. We had a fair price in writing for the extra work a couple hours later. By the end of the day the additional material was on the job, and the extra work was well under way.<br>They showed up to work every day until the job was completed.<br>Two things about me:<br>I am a very particular, retired, old school, general contractor, and I hardly ever write a review.<br>They met and exceeded all my expectations.
