I like the different exercise machines that are used. I feel it is a safe non-judgmental environment. I enjoy my trainer and the trainers that I have used. My only complaint is the expense. On the plus side it has gotten me to workout. I look forward to going. I am stronger, I feel better. If you add it that it is personalized it's worth the cost.
Perfect place to help my husband and I get back into the routines of taking care of ourselves. The tracking of our resistance training is great and support of the staff is above par.
Favorite place to exercise for 20mins with a trainer. It feels like I worked out for an hour at the gym opposed to 20 minutes with a trainer and specialty machines. Best part no crowds.
