We have never cleaned out our dryer vent in 22 years so figured it was time. I called The Dryer Vent Expert and quickly set up an appointment with Rene. Rene showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. It was unbelievable how much lint he cleaned out. We are very fortunate there was not a fire. My dryer flashed a dryer vent error code one evening after we had returned from vacation and had several loads of laundry to do. I quickly checked out online reviews and was leaning towards The Dryer Vent Experts given his great reviews and the fact that he was local. I sent out several requests since I was t sure he would be able to come soon enough. I need not have worried. Rene was one of the first to respond and the first who could make it out to my home. He also offered the best price. Coordination was easy via text.
The very next afternoon, Rene was at my place and did a quick check confirming that the issue was my dryer vent and not the dryer.... read full review

I've had a longstanding problem of heat not being able to escape my dryer vent leading to condensation within the dryer dials and leakage of water from the silver hose. I had a company come out in May this year to clean the dryer vent but it turns out they cleaned the wrong vent lol That's why the problem with my dryer persisted. I found Rene on Yelp. Called him this morning and he said he could come out today and clean the vent. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my dryer vent was functioning efficiently. I highly recommend him. Thanks Rene!
