Hilda and Kathy were both amazing. Worked out to schedule me in on an almost considered an "emergency" basis. The price was extremely fair and reasonable and I would highly recommend calling them for any of your hair care or manic your needs

The worst experience I have ever had at a salon. When to get some highlights. The hair stylist refused to give me what I wanted. She kept saying that she knew better. I spent two hours at the salon for my hair to look exactly the same way as I came in. The stylist claimed that I will be able to see the highlights in the sun. I paid for no color at all.

The worst experience I have ever had at a salon. When to get some highlights. The hair stylist refused to give me what I wanted. She kept saying that she knew better. I spent two hours at the salon for my hair to look exactly the same way as I came in. The stylist claimed that I will be able to see the highlights in the sun. I paid for no color at all. I later messaged her, letting her know that i wanted more color to the highlights. We scheduled another appointment, confirmed that I wasn't going to pay for this extra work, and she cancelled a couple of hours before my appointment. On top of that, she was unprofessional. I later tried to schedule another appointment, she refused to see me again and stopped answering my messages. I called Hilda, Owner of the salon. She refused to take any responsibility of the work being done at HER salon. The place is completely unprofessional. A waste of time and money. This place deserves no stars at all!
