    This studio became a second home to me while I was living in Claremont, California! Johannah created a welcoming experience for everyone. This studio has the perfect combination of fitness and zen with some of the best teachers around! You can get your butt kicked in a climb class or go to a candle lit Vinyasa flow. I always walked out of that studio feeling so much better than when I walked in. I fell deeper into my practice by also participating in the Yoga Teacher Training.     This is the place to come for a serious workout whether it's yoga or climb. The instructors are all professional and they truly support their participants. One class that stands out is Yoga Sculpt with Laura Dominguez - take this class to get a full body workout and she makes it fun! Great instructor. Best class I have taken in many years.

    Jodi's 5:45 am Versa class is incredible! As a longtime runner, I was looking for something high-intensity, fun and challenging, and this was definitely it. Even at 5:45, she brings so much energy and motivation into every class. It's an intense class, but she's also amazing at introducing new members and people trying it out for the first time. I highly recommend it. You'll love her!

Group Versaclimber workout classes: The best athletic conditioning option with pumping music and rhythmic movements. Versaclimber is the global leader in vertical cardio climbers. The original total body workout. Improve endurance, strength and cardiovascular health all while having fun and feeling inspired. Cardio Climb classes are 30 minutes and Climb & Sculpt classes are 45 minutes integrating weights off the machines. As part of the MPower family you can opt for Climb only classes or you can mix and match your Cardio Climb with our other great offerings like Yoga, Pilates and Sculpt.
