The experience that I have had with this office has been absolutely incredible.I had brain surgery in January of 2023.Since my surgery, I have had numerous issues arise; from problems with my insurance plan, to incorrect hospital billing, to the lack of proper care by healthcare providers, as well as continued severe headaches and other neurological symptoms post-surgery.The past year has been a very trying time for me; I have really struggled. During this whole ordeal, there have been only a few professionals who have genuinely appeared to care about the situation I have been stuck in, and who have gone out of their way to try to help me; two of these individuals being Mr. Scott Glovsky and his assistant, Mr. Bruce Kaimo.It is has been so refreshing to be able to have encounters with such kind and ethical people, especially since I was beginning to wonder if these types of people still exist.My first encounter with this office was months ago when I was struggling with medical insurance issues. I spoke with Mr. Glovsky’s assistant Bruce, who was very thorough and professional. He explained to me that I had an employer-funded ERISA insurance plan, and even though their office was not able to provide assistance with these types of plans, Mr. Glovsky was still willing to have a phone consultation with me.When I spoke Mr. Glovsky, he spent the full 15 minutes of the consultation providing me with information about my insurance plan, and explained to me the next steps I should take to attempt to resolve the issue. This was a free consultation; he was aware, going into the call, that he was not going to profit off of my situation, but still chose to help me anyway. This is a sign, to me, of a person who is of very high moral character.I recently contacted his office again, after a year of struggling, inquiring about the medical situation I am in. His assistant, Bruce Kaimo, responded back to me and was extremely helpful in providing me with information as to how I should proceed.Based on the experiences I have had, I would not hesitate to recommend this law office to anyone who is seeking legal assistance. If only they took cases in the area of practice that I am looking for, they would be my first choice. I trust them and their advice.

My husband and I reached out to Scott for some advice on what we thought would be a pending lawsuit. He reviewed what we sent him and was able to give us terrific advice and great verbiage to use in our letter. With his help it didn't reach the lawsuit stage. We are grateful for his advice. I recently contacted this office regarding an insurance claim denial hoping they would be able to take my case. Spoke to someone in the Claremont office and also corresponded with them via email. I was asked to submit all documentation I had pertaining to my claim denial, which I did. Was told by the receptionist that Scott would be calling me some time soon. I reached out to them via email a couple of times but haven't heard from them yet. Will need to find a lawyer/office who is more responsive.

I recently reached out to them via their website with an inquiry about a case I hoped they would take on or at least provide me with some guidance. I completed their online form and responded to an email request for more information. I then received a generic email explaining that they could not take my case with no explanation as to why. They encouraged me to contact another lawyer. While perhaps they may not have had an interest in my case, a phone call or email with additional information would be nice. Seems it would only take 5 minutes, but I guess they didn't have time for common courtesy. They also sent me a bunch of unsolicited marketing emails, with requests to contact them if I needed help with additional matters.

To say that Scott Glovsky returned my life back to me is to easy. Because he returned my self esteem, my emotions, and my self respect. When I needed help I reached out to Scott. He didn't hesitate to help. He is one of the very few people who did help me. I was all but bedridden due the excruciating pain from a back injury. Every treatment and surgery I needed was being denied. Initially I thought that I was the problem. If my health insurance company was denying these surgeries it had to be for good reason. Scott reassured me that it was the health insurance company that was the problem and they were acting in bad faith. During this period friends of 20+ years abandoned me. Scott did not abandon me even though he initially only knew me as a stranger who called his office. Scott and his team fought for me everyday. They believe in what they do for their clients and it shows. When you feel as if the whole world is against you. Feeling that someone is on you're side can make all the difference in the world. You pay a health insurance company to feel safe and protected from harm. But what do you do when they are the ones causing the harm. I didn't know what to do either. All I knew was that I was fed up, didn't deserve the treatment I was receiving. No human being deserves to be suffering in such pain. Then on top of it to have their health insurance company abandon them at the same time. I have been bullied before in my life. Enough was enough and I decided to call Scott Glovsky. Which turned out to be the best decision I have ever made in my life. The life that he and his team helped me get back. I had almost given up on myself and my situation prior to making the call. The gratitude that I have for this man and his team will never be diminished. There will not be a day that I don't wake up and think of Scott. Because without him I could have been waking up to a very different reality. Which I shutter to think about. If you need help pick up the phone and call Scott. He will help if he can. They are all such caring individuals and it shines through. I now have a life that I would have never been able to imagine if it wasn't for Scott. There will never be a sufficient way to say thank you to them for all that they did for me.
