Great Doctor! I have had her for 4 years and have continued seeing her since moving from Claremont to Pasadena. Well worth the trip considering quality of care and that gynecological screenings are included in her services. She is very efficient with her time, so make sure to have a list of everything you want to mention and she will take good care of you without keeping you waiting.

Dr Sun became my doctor in 2010 after I had retired and changed medical insurance. I was content with her professionalism and thought she was my forever doctor. Things began to change around COVID. It understandably became more difficult to get an appointment with her. As time passed though I realized that I needed to move on and find someone else as she no longer met my needs. I don’t understand the change and I hope she is okay and that there isn’t something going on that Im just not aware of. I wish her well.

I am sad to write this review since my experiences with Dr. Sun have been very positive.

The Problem is how the office is organized.
Please be aware that the front desk almost never answers the phone and WILL NOT call you back within the time frame they say on their answering machine. I have tried and tried the past few days to get an appointment due to exposure to Mycotoxins and they will not return my call.

I wish this office would have a better System in place.
Due to the lack of responsiveness I will have to change my primary.
I am sad Dr. Sun.
