I had an excellent experience at Acuity Eye Group, especially with Dr. Cameron Yu. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, organized, and respectful of my time. The check-in process was efficient, and the office was clean and well maintained.
Dr. Yu was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain my exam findings and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. His calm demeanor and patience made the visit comfortable, and I never felt rushed. It was clear that he truly cares about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Good service up front, the girls even remembered my name. My tech Anise was very thorough. Dr Hu used the cautious approach however he prescribed Cyclosporine which my insurance doesn't cover. Walgreens cannot authorize the generic in lieu of the Dr prescribed Rx.
