Rowland Optometry is highly praised for its friendly and professional staff, including a patient doctor who takes the time to explain everything. Customers appreciate the efficient scheduling and short wait times, making visits pleasant. The office is clean and offers a great selection of frames. Excellent customer service, especially from the front receptionist, is frequently highlighted. Many clients express their trust in the quality of care and plan to continue returning to this optometry practice.
Scheduling an exam at Rowland Optometry was simple, and the staff went the extra mile to check my insurance in advance and provide clear copay quotes so there were no surprises. Their cash price is reasonable as well for those without insurance. The employees are warm and patient, taking time to guide me through frame selection and making sure I found the right pair. They have great options for asian fit glasses as well! Dr. Yun is personable, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my concerns and offered thoughtful recommendations. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking thorough and personalized eye care.
